Lauren is incredible, she knows exactly what you need even if you don’t even know you needed it, makes you understand things you didn’t know you could, and get you in and out of your head. And she does it all with so much love. I’ve never had a therapist really challenge me the way Lauren does and it’s amazing how that makes it feel like I’m making actual progress this time!
