I can honestly say I was lead (meant to be) put with Lauren as my therapist. This was a big step for me. She has listened to me and put forth ideas and truths that I have not even recognized or considered as how to handle family conflicts. I must say that this latest session was life changing and powerful in helping me to see my role as a mother and leader in my family. I am thankful to God for leading me to Lauren and her knowledge and genuine ability to help me understand my worth and ability to trust and have faith and courage to change generational problems.
